Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.
Shipping times
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

E-Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, usually within 24 hours after your order has been placed. E-Gift Cards that are returned because they are undeliverable will be automatically credited to the original tender and the E-Gift Card numbers will be cancelled. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.
Returns & Exchanges
Not what you were expecting? Returns are easy at Todaysfashions.net. You can return or exchange your purchase to Todaysfashions.net by mail.
Most Todaysfashions.net items can be returned by mail, with original proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase. Read special quidelines for information about return restrictions.
Returning an item
You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before making a return: To request an RMA number simply email us at returns@todaysfashions.net and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email what you would like to return and reason(s) for the return. The RMA number, once received, must be written in the outside of the return parcel. Do not write your RMA number on the inside.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. The only items we sell which cannot be returned are items of an intimate nature. Items are considered intimate apparel if they come in contact with the genital area. For example, panties and pantyhose are considered intimate apparel. All returns must be in their original packaging, and the original packaging must be undamaged. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt. Items of an intimate nature cannot be returned. For example, panties and pantyhose are considered intimate apparel. However, panties and pantyhose are not the only items considered intimate apparel. An item is considered intimate apparel if in normal wear it comes in contact with the genital area. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with damaged packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.
Returns for refund: Must be made within 30 days of receipt. A 10% restocking fee will be applied on all returns for refund.
Returns for exchange or store credit: Must be made within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee applied on returns for exchange or for store credit.
Shipping charges to reship back to you on US orders: We will reship back to you, without charge, any exchange for a different size. If your exchange is for a different style or color, you will be required to pay our standard domestic shipping charge to reship back to you.
Shipping charges to send merchandise back to us on US orders: All shipping charges to return merchandise back to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges to returned merchandise back to us unless the merchandise was received in error or is defective. Under no circumstances will we reimburse the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or other rush shipping methods.
Return shipping charges on International orders: All shipping charges on international orders must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges on international orders unless the merchandise received was in error or is defective. Fill out the return form on the front of the invoice, indicating item(s) being returned and the Securely pack the merchandise and ship to Todaysfahions.net at 20058 Merridy St. Chastworth, CA. 91311 via US Postal Service or UPS. Remember to insure your package.
We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.
Perfumes Returns
Your may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
In order for one of your customers to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from the Return Department. RMA requests are only processed within 7 days of the receipt of the order.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the date of issue of the RMA number.
No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

1. Full name and address
2. Phone number
3. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available)
4. The reason for returning the merchandise
5. RMA number
